The confectionery plant in Nisk was established in 1973 together with a company confectioner's shop. The demand for delicious cakes, biscuits and layer cakes made it possible to open another confectioner's shop in Nisk. The opening of the new point of sale was accompanied with the extension of a range of the offered products. A fact that the latest confectionery technological developments were employed attracted new customers.
At the beginning of the 90's the expanding competition encouraged the owner to search for new markets which resulted in a grand opening of a new "Katarzynka" confectioner's shop in Stalowa Wola.
The continuous search for new technological solutions, extension of the range of products, training and courses for employees contributed to gaining a special position on the local market. The rigorous adherence to quality standards, hard work of the boss, Mr Kazimierz Olczyk, and the whole team of confectioners made it possible to win trust of the customer.
Despite difficult times and limited investments an exclusive confectioner's shop and restaurant will soon be opened in one of the most popular shopping centres of Stalowa Wola.
